Before returning any merchandise, please email us at info@myicedogs.myteamshoppe.com. We will provide you with the necessary exchange and shipping information.
Damaged/Defective Item: Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. We will arrange for the return and replacement of items that were received either defective or damaged.
Received Wrong Item: If you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately via email at info@myicedogs.myteamshoppe.com. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
Exchanges: You can return unworn, unused items in the original packaging within 15 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size.
The customer is responsible for all exchange freight charges, including tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. My Team Shoppe is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:
